We only share information with third parties who have a genuine need for it, such as Local Authority animal control (dog warden), animal microchip registration databases.

We hold your personal information privately in cloud storage, backed up to a secure USB drive and as securely stored hard copy files.

We will hold your personal information only for as long as necessary. For the purposes of our rehoming licence this is deemed to be a minimum of 5 years.
